diary_appointmentYou may speak to any of the doctors that are available. For appointments we operate a “telephone triage” system, this means that on the day you want the appointment you phone our appointment line at 08:00 to book a telephone consultation for that day. Please call the surgery on 01753 520680 to do this. Please be aware that the phone lines can get very busy first thing.

Please remember an appointment is for one person at 10 minutes long.

The reception staff are members of the practice team and it has been agreed they should ask patients ‘why they need to be seen’. Reception staff are trained to ask certain questions in order to ensure that you receive the most appropriate care, from the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time.

On a Monday mornings the telephone is extremely busy. Please consider phoning on a different day for a routine appointment.

Extended Hours

This year (2020) our Flu Clinic will be held at Salthill Activity Centre Bath Rd, Slough SL1 3SS. This is to ensure we meet social distancing measures, making it safer for you and our team. If you are eligible please call the surgery to make your appointment as it is by appointment only.

Patient Choice

Please tell the receptionist if you wish to talk to a particular doctor otherwise you will be offered the first available appointment with any one of the doctors. We will always try and accommodate you but please understand that sometimes it may be necessary to wait longer for an appointment with a particular doctor.

Practice Nurses/Pharmacists/Physicians Associates/Physiotherapists

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with another member of the team rather than a doctor. Our Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, Physicians Associates and Physiotherapists are all registered Health Care Professionals and are able to help with many health conditions.

Signing up for online access will allow you to book, manage and cancel appointments online. Please find the line below or visit the surgery to sign up.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. The practice reserves the right to remove a patient from the practice list if they waste more than two appointments in a twelve month period.
